What is not understood is what you mean by "extend my C: drive".
When the computer was shipped, there was the hidden partition with the recovery image on it, and the rest of the hardware disk is all C: drive. There's no extending it. There's nothing to extend into.
With that said, now you see that the Lenovo one key recovery is structured exactly as intended for the hardware you have.
