Is this a decent gaming pc?

I found a computer for sale on FB marketplace. I don't know much about computers so i was hoping someone could tell me. If this is an "ok" gaming PC.
They are asking $350 for it.

The hardware is quite old, you wouldn't be able to play the latest games with the graphics card in this computer.

You could try offering $250.00 for it.

It'll work. But upgrade your GPU to a 4-8 gb and you'll be set to play high end games in semi-semi-ultra settings.
Little by little you should upgrade your CPU to maybe 6-8 cores, RAM up to 16-32gb, and an 8-12gb GPU then youd have a monster PC
