Added (1). Well, i need it for gaming… I came to know about its gaming quality on online shopping website.
Many positive reviews about its gaming has encouraged me to buy it.
But if it does not support gaming, please recommend me any other low budget 2GB gaming graphics card like this.
And thanks everybody for their help.

Added (2). i presently have 128MB video card, so it is a big upgrade for me.

Added (3). hey friends, this can also be considered-
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 Synergy Edition 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card

-1 GB DDR3 Memory
-3D Vision Support
-2560 x 1600 Maximum Digital Resolution

-NVIDIA GeForce GT 630

Of course it is. It's a very basic video card. It's really no better than the one the motherboard has. I hope you know it not for gaming even in the slightest sense.

If Your Motherboard Support External Graphics Card And NVIDIA Chipset Manufacturer… Yes

I'm not sure why Jerry says "of course it is." like as if the average user should know automatically. I had to look up the specifications for the lenovo thinkcentre m70e 4089 to be sure that it has a pci express x16 slot, which is needed to plug in that graphics card.

So yes it will work, but like Jerry said, it is a very basic card, so think carefully about what you are trying to achieve with the upgrade, because it is just barely an upgrade.
