A quiet gaming laptop for LoL?

I'm looking for a quiet laptop for League Of Legends. I have used Lenovo y50 with gtx 960m for couple of years and this one started giving problems so was thinking about changing. The only game that I play is League of Legends and maybe Heroes of the Storm or Dota 2 but can live without them as long as I can play LoL on medium to high settings with above 120 fps. After doing some research I came to know I do not need anything above gtx 1060 or 1050 ti will do it too, but as companies are trying to make laptops thinner and smaller for portability, the fan noise is very irritating. I will not be taking the laptop out of the house, I will be using it inside the home may be taking it to a different room or so, but it has to be quiet. Or else my parents are going to find out I'm gaming at night or my little brother (with whom I sleep at night) will wake up due to the noise. I do not care how big or thick the laptop is as long as it runs LoL and is respectively quiet. With my current laptop, I get around 20~28db max and once my friend brought his Razer Blade 15 2018 model with gtx1060 and it was loud af omg like 35db at least haha I freaked out and thought I'm never going to get a thin gaming laptop haha not right now maybe when I start living alone!

1. Going above 60fps on that computer is useless because your monitor does not refresh past 60hz so you are pushing your computer twice as hard with no reason
2. Enable Vsync and leave it alone

What you're looking for sadly doesn't exist. Systems with big graphics cards require more cooling. I run a Helios 500 and although it's massive, the noise can get quite loud when turning up the fan speeds. Keeping them on low, it's reasonably quiet. You may find something to your liking in an ultrabook format but they are very expensive for what your'e looking for and Predator laptops (such as the Helios 500) are also quite expensive. I wouldn't suggest a thin gaming laptop as it sacrifices cooling performance for size and then becomes loud. You may also find what you need in the Acer Nitro series.

Also, don't bother getting a machine with anything above a 60Hz monitor as the games don't really improve that much when going above 60fps. The Helios 500 has a 144Hz monitor and I run my games at 60fps instead of 144fps because its a waste of resources on the system.
