Main use: everyday pc, movies, internet, photos, programs, rarely editing photos and videos.
Please ADVICE
RADEON HD 8570 2GB will destroy the Intel HD 4000 at anything.
I have a laptop with HD 8570 and I can play BF4 at high settings with ~40 FPS.
Lenovo's are far better machines than Toshiba.

The Toshiba with the i3 has more CPU power by about 25%. But the Lenovo with the dedicated video card will lay waste in graphics performance to the Toshiba. Since your not gaming, either one will work for you. So it's your call.
