Used laptop? If it was supposed to be new, quickly bring it back to the store and demand a replacement. Don't forget to bring the box, everything that came in it including the sales receipt (most important).

If you knew it was used, try creating a new user with Admin privileges, log on to it, then delete Darrin Deyoung's account. If the computer asks for a password for Darrin, try nothing (press Enter). If nothing works, ask the store.
