The logitech, like normal, had a little USB piece, which I plugged it in, and nothing happened besides my computer saying that "Logitech mouse" has been connected. The batteries in the mouse itself were fine, so I'm starting to wonder if the computer needs a special mouse.
Do Lenovo Touch Screen laptops need a special mouse? I tried using my mom s Logitech mouse, but it didn't work?

No. It shouldve worked if it was detected. Maybe try changing the batteries. It doesn't need drivers so it can only be either the batteries or the mouse is broke. Or maybe you forgot to turn it on which would be hilarious lol
