I bought this laptop about 16 months ago it came with Intel HD 3000 graphic card… But most of the time its like i don't even have a graphic card i also update my drivers to max as often as possible… I want to replace it with Nvidia or Add an Nvidia graphics as a secondary graphics card… I can do that or is there any way to create a Virtual graphic card thins (Sorry if i sound stupid, I'm not a Computer biggy)…
Can i add extra or secondary graphic card on Lenovo Essential Series G580 laptop?

Laptops do not have a second slot for add-in cards internally. Your only option is a USB graphics solution, which will still not be much better since it will be at the mercy of the USB port speed.
I checked the specs on that laptop, and it states that the graphics are integrated, which means built directly into the main board. That also means that there's no way to replace the graphics card.
