IOS is for iPad/iPhone/iPod etc. You can't install a phone OS on a laptop.

No, it won't work because apple has delibriatly made iOS so that it requires hardware that has no other function than to prove to IOS that it is an apple product, if you don't have that it won't work, also the buttons are different so it would be really hard to navigate
