I have a Lenovo s10-3s ideapad. Its specifications are: Intel Atom Processor, 2gb of ram, 500gb HDD.
When I open system properties, it says, "x64 based processor". So can I install win 7 64-bit or not? Or any other 64-bit windows?

I would think so. Make an image backup of the HDD before attempting anything so that you can quickly return to the setup before you tried installing the new OS.

It probably already has windows 7 or 10 64 bit, if it has windows 8 just upgrade to windows 10

I would not do that… If you only have 2 gigs ram and I gather the video chip is taking 1 gig itself… Along with that atom processor… Windows 7 will run really really slow-w-w-w-w
