Can i play heavy games on my laptop?

I have a Lenovo core i5 2.5ghz machine. With 2GB of AMD GPU(dedicated) and 1 GB of Intel's Shared memory. Can i play heavy games like Call of duty modern warfare, asassin creed crysis etc? Can it handles it?

No, or not well. I have a similar set-up Lenovo and can't even play World of Tanks well.
