Can I run Dead Space 3 or Titanfall on my laptop?

I was wondering if i can run these games on my Lenovo Ideapad P400. I have 8 gigs of RAM, an Intel Core i7-362qm CPU @ 2.20 GHz, and Intel HD Graphics 4000. The thing that I can run Dead Space 2 off of Steam just fine. However, these games aren't on Steam, so will the requirements be any different?

Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics card is not meant to handle high games. You need to have ATI Radeon or nVidia GeForce graphics card
