Can I use a stylus on my laptop to draw?

I have a Lenovo yoga pro with touchscreen. Can I buy a stylus to use and draw well on it?

You can get styli that imitate a finger on ebay, but I'd advise against it! These styli have a foam/rubber tip, that is just great for holding small pieces of grit, which you then get to drag around your screen!
