If your screen allows you to use your fingertip to navigate the screen than YES you can use a stylus.
However, I would recommend you get an Active tip Stylus like the DART STYLUS from PRECISION TOUCH.
The tip is only 2mm and it allows you to sketch or take notes like you would with a regular pen or pencil.
