That is almost double the CPU speed of the Pentium, and graphics rank 312.
It shows 2011 skyrim at low settings 28fps indicating a 50% stronger gaming performance at no money cost increase. Upgrade to 8gb ram does help.

An i5-5200U laptop should play at least low settings. There are few measurements of the Legendary Edition, but it looks like minimum should be met or exceeded by HD 5500
