Can this laptop handle these games?

I may be getting a laptop and I was wondering if I could play these games on it even if in low or medium quality. Lenovo laptop a8 6410 processor, 4gb ram, 500gb HDD, quad core, amd radeon hdr5 graphics card.
I'd like to play:
Minecraft
Skyrim
Fallout 3 and new Vegas
Cod waw
Garry's mod
Guild wars
Any help would be appreciated and if it makes a difference I may get an 8gb ram. Also what specs would you recommend for these games?

Yes.

Skyrim on low settings and low resolutions though. Thank a lack of a graphics card for that one.

Fallout might end up being similar to Skyrim but may perform better.

8 GB of RAM would be nice. Might not help too much, or it might help a bit.

I'd recommend whatever equals the recommended requirements for the most demanding game or better.

If thanks to recent sleep deprivation I end up being wrong, please ignore my answer.

The R5 6410 of the A8-6410 APU is generally rated around Intel Integrated HD 4400. The laptop is still entry level performing above all Intel that is not at least 4th generation core i3.
You buy the A8-6410 laptops as a clearance price. I'm using a Toshiba A8-6410 myself as a decent all-purpose laptop. It is not a gaming laptop, but can run some games.
Its replacement is A8-7100.

Minecraft - Plays on every new laptop, and just a matter of the settings and game performance.

Skyrim - Settings shown on the youtube page comment:

Fallout 3 - Medium settings
Fallout new Vegas - Medium settings
Cod waw - Medium settings

Garry's mod plays on all new laptops
Guild wars - 2005 Guild Wars 1 plays on any new laptop.
Should play medium on Guild Wars 2 even

It is when you get to 2013, 2014, and 2015 games that the results are not as workable.
This page has some reported results of the R5 Kaveri series

Maybe possibly on low settings but as long as you have a graphics card you can run those games but not in 60fps or anything like that almost sounds like and editing laptop.
