Which aspect - a processor or the graphic is more important when it comes to handle games?

I KNOW laptop are not the best for games and I've no place for a stational computer, but I'm not much of a gamer, so its doesn't have to be a super duber powerful one. Just good enough to handle a single game. (Sims 2) But I'm a bit confused about the processor/graphic difference.

Where I buy my laptops, they had three laptop option:

Lenovo Nvidia processor with 8GB ram with EITHER Intel celeron GT 820M or pentium N3050,
while the third one is an Acer laptop with AMD A10-7300 processor laptio with 8GB.

Which one MIGHT be better?

Usually I buy cheap-ish Acer laptops with Intel Celeron with 4GB ram, but I find this kind break easily, so i consider buying a difference one. I don't buy super expensive ones, but like to understand the processor/graphic difference.

Processor

Games rely on the graphics, then the processor. If you want a decent gaming experience, you need to focus on the GPU, not the processor.
