I have a Lenovo b470e (Windows 7) laptop computer with a Intel Family Graphics HD card, and an Toshiba 32C110U 32" LCD HDTV. I have a HDMI male-male cable connected to my TV and laptop, the laptop detects the TV as TOSHIBA DISPLAY in the Graphics control panel, I can change settings for "resolution" and "TV Standard", and have changed numerous settings with no luck. The TV simply says "No Signal". I have restarted the computer and TV, I have even updated the graphics card software which slightly helped my problem from earlier (computer would not even detect the TV at all). Also, the VGA cable works and displays fine, but the cable is way too short and I would like to use the HDMI cable as it longer and should be able to have audio. Any way to fix this?
Computer detects TV but TV displays no signal?

It's the Function keys when pressed with the proper F# keys key at the same time activates the video out. The symbol usually looks like a picture of a box inside a box… Cheers
