Computer, what do you think the problem with my laptop is?

It is Lenovo Y580.

When the Laptop was on, I clicked on "reset battery indicator" (I'm not sure about this term in English, coz I'm not a native speaker), and then the charge indicated 100%, and dropped to zero afterwards. Then, the computer shut down, and can't be powered up again. No LED lights flashes indicating power is available. It does not work without the battery either.

Any help or idea?

You can fix windows error. You check your batari quality.it has been damage.

It sounds like a malfunctioning motherboard. If it's still under warranty, send it in.
