I'm a full time college student and full time worker. I'm constantly in commute to somewhere, work or school, and I need a computer that can handle the rough life. But it also has to be a good price, I'm just not able to pay 1000+ for a laptop at the moment. So, do you guys have any suggestions?
Durable laptop that's within my budget?

The best made laptops are the MACs. Unfortunately, they are also the most expensive machines. Additionally, the MAC software is more expensive than the Windows versions and there's not a whole lot of free software for MACs.
The best/most durable Windows laptops are the Lenovos, particularly the Thinkpad series. Those are BUILT! Comparable to the Thinkpads are the HP Elitebook machines.

Any laptop can handle that, but as far as durable goes. That's all depended upon how you take care of it. If you drop a laptop, it's not going to be good. The only way it could be fine is if you get one of those military graded ones.
