Just do a factory restore and start over or go to the Lenovo website for further details or ring the Lenovo helpline with the serial number and evidence of purchase

There sahould be the way to recover it.Computer always asks if you forgot the psw.

Since there's no way for you to prove to us that you legally bought that laptop, for us to help you break into it might open us up to legal charges of aiding and abetting a theft/burglary after the fact.

If it really IS yours, that's a bummer - but you have to recognize that your question LOOKS like someone who stole something and now can't get into it. And we can't tell the difference.
