Considering that PC is an okay deal for the job. You can definitely run it on low and medium. High may be around 60-80 range. And make sure you update that Windows 8 to 8.1. Microsoft provides 8.1 free if you have 8. Gaming on 8 is bad, and 8.1 isn't a long update. So yes, you can run this game.
