Is this a good laptop for Runescape max high settings?

I'm going to go to college for Graphic Design so I need a good laptop to work on homework, etc but I also want a laptop that will be able to play Runescape in max settings without lag. I was wondering if these were good laptops/which one is better/are there better ones? :

Lenovo - IdeaPad 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive

and

Toshiba - Satellite 15.6" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 6GB Memory - 750GB Hard Drive - Smart Silver

I looked them up on Best Buy and their both around $550 and I'm shooting for $500-$700

Always choose the one with more ram. The Lenova will be far too underpowered for any graphic design course. If you can afford it, get 8 gigs, you'll appreciate it later.
