Got laptop really wet, one of the fans making cricket noises?

I can't take my laptop apart and clean the fan. I don't want to and I don't know how. So how can I stop this cricket noise? Muting my system doesn't help. I'm using Windows 8 and my laptop is a Lenovo. What do I do?

Added (1). Um, there was a weird noise and now the noise isn't there. Has one of the blades fallen off or something?

Obviously the fan has been damaged by the water. If you don't want to take it apart yourself, then you will have to take it to a workshop for the fan to be replaced.
