New laptop making noises? Possibly hard drive?

I recently bought a new laptop, a lenovo ideapad y410p, and I've had it for about 2 weeks. Its been making a weird faint crackling noise from what I believe to be the hard drive. The fan sometimes also makes a clicking noise that clears when I run dust removal, but happens again later.

Is this normal or something to be concerned about? What can I do?

Added (1). The noise seems to be coming from the bottom part of the laptop near the touchpad. There's a small vent like area with holes where the sound can clearly be heard when I put my ear next to it. It sounds like whirring and random crackling.

I kind of don't want to return it for a new one if i don't absolutely have to, since it takes a while to ship. Can I just replace the hard drive or something?

There seems to be a problem. Since this is a new laptop you can ask for a replacement.

Might be computer RAM problem!

It's absolutely normal.

Probably normal ("probably" since I can't listen to your hard drive from here). Hard drives aren't silent.

Your laptop is only two weeks old so you shouldn't have to be doing dust removal yet.

May be normal

If warranty return it

I bought a Lenovo Ideapad 320. From the moment I first turned it on, I heard those same crackling, crunching noises. It is definitely not the fan. Is this normal? I asked the guy who sold it to me and he said a noise is normal. Well I don't know now, because if I got a lemon, I want an exchange but my 2 weeks is up so now what do I do? I don't want to give it to the company so that they might tamper with it and who knows what else they might break that would not be so noticeable right away…

PS, I suspect the clerk just didn't want me to do a return. This noise is kind of a nuisance that I would have to learn to ignore.
