Graphics Card in Lenovo z580?

I was wondering if I could upgrade my graphics in my laptop from the Intel Graphics. I have a Lenovo z580 Core i5 3210m 500GB HDD. Is upgrading possible?

Graphics are integrated into the motherboard in laptops, so you can't replace the GPU without replacing the entire motherboard (and if you're going to do that you might as well buy a new laptop)
