Core i3 or i5? That seems low to me. Try have a look on on new a Lenovo Y50 they ro make good powerful i7 processor with excellent 2GB DDR5 GTX 860 graphic which good for high end games aswell 8 GB high performance RAM

You won't get a gaming laptop under that budget. Check out Dell, Acer or Lenovo laptops. They provide good configuration laptop under that budget which is suitable for decent gaming.

Otherwise, get an assembled desktop, you will definitely get a good configuration under that same budget.
