How can I get into BIOS in Lenovo 560e?

I want to get into BIOS to change my laptop to VT-x, but I have no luck. I have tried F1, F2, F12 and the Enter button, but it won't take me to BIOS.

Tried DEL key? Or the F10 key? F11? F8?

There's typically a line of text that appears briefly, telling you what key to hit when you first power these things up. You have to hit the key right then of course.

Log out of Windows and go to the sign in screen.

Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen. Continue to hold down the Shift key while clicking Restart.

Hold down the Shift key, the computer will open a blue screen with the options to continue

Click Troubleshoot --> Advanced options --> UEFI Firmware Settings --> Restart. You will enter BIOS setup utility interface.

Novo button, the small one beside the power button.

The Lenovo site identifies this laptop as the G560E rather than the 560E. The user guide for the G560E says

"To enter BIOS setup utility, press F2 when the Lenovo logo appears on the screen while the computer is starting up."

However, on my Lenovo laptop, which is a different model, to get into the BIOS I have to shut it down and then press the OneKey Rescue Button, which is next to the Power Button on the G560E. This brings up a small menu. One of the menu options is to enter the system setup (BIOS). Providing you do not select an option to restore the system you can check whether setup is an option.
