How do I active the F1, F2, F3 etc Keys on my Lenovo laptop?

These keys for F1 etc only work the secondary function which is to turn up volume, turn down volume, active touchpad, turn on airplane mode etc…

How do make main function to use F1 and other F's so when I play games I can use the F1 key

There are a ton of different ways to do this. Read the article linked below, it lists a bunch of them. See if any are relevant to your specific OS and hardware.

Fn+ Esc should lock it according to sites I found.

There should be a key on the left bottom labeled fn which changes the function keys back and forth.

How can I use function keys without pressing Fn Lenovo?

Access the BIOS (See below for how to do this in Windows 10).
Once in the BIOS menu, select the "Configuration" tab.
Select "Hotkey Mode" and set to "Disabled".
Save and Exit the BIOS menu (press F10 and then Enter ).

If I'm guessing correctly, you need to press an Fn key (or something else) together with the F key to make that work.

Yeah, I hate what Lenovo did with that one in their laptops.
