How to active always USB on ability in Lenovo y510p?

You have to get into what 's called the BIOS, which is basic programming or settings for the laptop. When you start up yor laptop, click on F1 or F2, not sure which for your laptop. Keep clicking on both, and you'll see that it says it's setting up your BIOS.
When the first page comes up, just work your way down to the USB settings, and then follow directions. Pretty easy.
