HI, I've tried pressing F12 and F2 and I don't get the bios still… Is there anyway for the bio to pop up when I restart without pressing anything?

Some of their models use the Enter Key to enter the BIOS. Some use F1 (bios setup) F12 (boot menu), while yet others use f12

What OS do you have? If your lappy came with 8 or above installed, there's a good chance that fast boot is enabled. That will make it very hard to get to enter the BIOS/UEFI or get the boot menu to open. Try turning off fast boot and then try F12
