If the OS is Windows 8 or later then turn on the device. When you get to the sign in screen look for the power icon. Click that, hold the shift key, then click Restart.
PC will restart into the troubleshooting environment. Drill down the advanced troubleshooting options and you'll find where you can access UFI/BIOS settings.
