How to clean the infected notebook?

When I bought this Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S notebook, I used it couple of months without downloading antivirus program, which was a mistake of course. Then it got highly infected. I called a company and made a 3 month contact for $200 ad they cleaned it out, downloaded antivirus kasperski. Then they provided different kind of services during the 3 months. Now that time is over, they offer another deal for $150, but I'm student and don't want to pay that much money. My notebook looks like highly infected again. I don't know the reason, I click to noting more than university webpages, or kind of safe webpages like Youtube. I really need to clean the notebook, because it is too slow and doesn't let me do even homework properly. Scanning and cleansing doesn't help. Is there any other option to clean it myself? Or any service company operating in US to provide a cheaper contract, maybe one time service?

Most PC's now have a partition on the hard drive that allows you to do a factory restore to get your pc the way it was out of the box. Keeping in mind this wipes everything on the drive out. I found this on youtube. And also keep this in mind, not all youtube pages are safe.

First many such companies set the machine to CREATE work for themselves. Download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org and run the full scan. Get rid of that Kaspersky junk, it is NOT good. Any of the major free ones, Avast, Avira, AVG etc will do better. Make sure that company has not set up remote access to your machine, if so uninstall whatever program they used. Check your firewall and turn off All exceptions.

Do this:
1: Methodology to create Recovery Media and reload a Lenovo Think system with Microsoft Windows 8 preload http://support.lenovo.com/...D=HT076024

2: How do I recover my system using ThinkVantage Rescue and Recovery

3: Then buy and install one excellent Internet security program like Norton Internet Security 2014. Never have more than one security software program installed.

4: You spent way to much for what you can do yourself.
