How to escalate about fraud in lenovo?

My order numbe r 4249161338. They have deducted money without me receiving the laptop. 2600$. They also sent another laptop for the same price. I only asked for change in configuration, without canceling the order she made a new request. They are not reversing money back to my credit card.

And you expect people on the internet to do what?

The best way to change the order after it is placed was to cancel the first order and write up a new one.
It isn't a fraud. The billing is when a laptop is shipped, and you probably confused the heck out of them and ended up with two on order. Call customer service. They can confirm in a chat if you prefer eho you will have to telephone.

You need to find out the shipment status, and if they already shipped a second one, you can get a credit by returning or possibly refusing delivery, but you need to arrange the process with them.

They don't like the confusion either and it is just a matter of you not having two laptops and them not billing twice.
