I checked the charger and it working good 20V, then i remvoe the battery and plug on the charger and tired to turn on but its not working. The charge and power indicator lights are not trn on they remain off.

If you are any good at electronics, open it up and check the circuits to the best of your ability. There should be a disassembly manual from Lenovo. I've had laptops which were fixed by simply re-soldering the CMOS battery container, or even a capacitor.

If you have a Thinkpad(other models too, but Thinkpads have a fanbase), there are a couple of forums that you can post in, or scout and see if such a problem existed before. Here is one forum:

If you have a Thinkpad, then some common problems may be listed here under the model name:

It is nearly impossible to say what is wrong with it just by reading your description. Best to try and see if others had similar issues, find the issue yourself or contact Lenovo.

If you still have warranty, contact them and do not even try to fix it yourself, no need to void the warranty.

Does the charger indicate a light on it?

Its mostly your battery complaint. Because of over charge. You may have to replace it.
