It's only my laptop. Other laptops have okay internet connection.

Download speed: 1.09 Mpbs
Upload speed: 2.62 Mpbs
Youtube videos start off blurry and slow, and downloading things takes forever.
Is there anything I should uninstall or update? I have Windows 8 and use Chrome. This is a relatively new laptop.
I have CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and Avast. I scan and clean my laptop regularly.
Check may be the you are getting slow speed from Isp
Make sure you have the latest wireless driver. If an integrated adapter the driver should be obtained from the laptop manufacturer's site; else from the external card's manufacturer. If you already have the latest driver use Device Manager to uninstall it; reboot the computer and let Windows discover the adapter and reinstall the driver.
Do you connect to the internet through Wi-Fi?
