How to fix Windows 10 Wi-Fi connection that keeps going to limited connection?

Added (1). I have a Lenovo S400 Touch Laptop. I have had it for about a year now and when I received it, it came with Windows 8.1. My connection would go to limited sometimes often (at least 3 times a day). I would usually just disconnect and reconnect my Wi-Fi and it would be a temporary fix.

I now have the updated Windows 10 and I'm having the same issue. But now, sometimes even when I disconnect and reconnect, it will remain limited. I have been scouring the internet but no luck!

Consider checking if you are getting internet on other device connected to the same network you are trying to troubleshoot. Might not be a Windows 10 problem.
