My one week old computer now has a red dot on the screen?

I'm an artist, so any dots on my screen or blemishes really affect my art. Today a tiny red pixel/dot showed up at the center of my brand new Lenovo Yoga 3 14, and I don't know what to do. This happened to my older computers, and I'd press the screen hard and it would vanish, but I can't do that with this hard touch screen.

Should I be concerned? What do I do to get rid of this?

Sounds like a dead pixel!

You could take computer back if the seller has a policy to replace or refund within that week or two.
Or you could contact the maker Lenovo about a fix or replacement.
