How to increase dedicated video ram windows 7 without BIOS?

My Lenovo laptop's BIOS won't let me adjust my dedicated video RAM. It is currently set at 64, I need it to be at 128. My computer is more then capable of this, but Lenovo's setting don't allow me to ajust this setting in the BIOS. Is there anouther way?

Which Lenovo do you have? Without knowing the specs of the laptop we can't begin to help you. However, the DEDICATED RAM is set at manufacture. Shared RAM can be adjusted. You change how much of the shared RAM you want to devote to the graphics.
