How to make my computer recognize my internal mic?

Ok, so I disabled my mic on the control panel, but I can't enable it again. Once I disabled it, it doesn't recognize the internal mic and says "no devices installed." I might of accidentally uninstalled the mic, but I don't its likely? How Do I get my mic to be recognized, because I certainly do have a internal mic.

I have a laptop; Lenovo A6 Vision AMD
Model 20180

You should use < set up your microphone> feature.

As you said in your post, the disabled device is not on the list but go tru the steps again with one change-------

Right click on the speaker icon and display the options box
Select "recordable devices
When you see "microphone
Here is the tricky part--right click on it and you will see a different list of options where options for disabled devices is listed. Your mike will be there. If you ever meet the programmer who hid it there, get him in a head lock and put knuckle pumps on his head.

Got to control panel-sound----click on recording--there you will find microphone and line in mic ( select one by one and below you will find properties under device usage you will find it to enable…)
