I recently changed my password on my Lenovo windows 7 laptop and I can't remember what it is. Everything that I look up I need a password reset disc or a password recovery drive. I don't have either as I bought this laptop from someone and they didn't have the disk either and I really don't want to spend the money to get one. My boyfriend has tried everything he can but it all involves getting into the admin which is mine which is password protected and I can't remember it. Is there any way around this or am I stuck getting a cd and doing a whole factory reset before all of this happened?

-then make image with power iso or any program
-make the lab boot from the cd

I think you can have a try of the third party software. I have ever used Renee Passnow to reset my windows 7 login password successfully. I think you can have a try.

The other day I've used PCUnlocker Live CD to remove the password on a windows XP computer, it's possible that this would also work for windows 7.
