I have a Lenovo Ideapad K1 tablet which doesn't have the USB MASS STORAGE CONNECTIVITY, it connects to the PC as a Portable Media Player.
and now i'm in need to recover some files which had been lost due to factory reset…
so is there any software which can recover files via MTP? OR Is there any way to get the tablet connected to the PC via USB Mass Storage?
And I will suggest you to stop using your device right now so that you can avoid data overwritten situation.
As you said you can't use USB mass storage connectivity, I will suggest you to try this first:
1. Change another computer with the same data cable,
2. If it doesn't work, try another data cable on another computer,
These way may be boring but sometimes the computer or the data cable are the main reasons which make your connection problem happens.
If the ways above work, you can try to find ways to recover your files, but make sure if you get an app to succeed in file recovery, make sure it will not write new files into your device.
