How to speed up my Lenovo laptop, mostly for gaming?

I haven't really changed anything on it since I've purchased it. I've added steam, google chrome, and Firefox. Is there anything I should add/remove from my laptop to make it run games faster, and with less lag?

Unfortunatelt, When it comes to laptops, there's nothing you can do to increase performance. You can try adding more RAM, but games are highly dependent on your GPU and CPU, which there's no upgrading those.

Yes you can. It's called "getting a new computer".

You're on a laptop, so that's mostly all you can do that would help performance in-game.
