I don't know what to do computer geeks?

My uncle gave me a computer and I want to do windows "fresh start" option, don't tell me to ask my uncle for help because I don't want to. Anyways, I want to use the windows defenders feature and just wanted to know if it's safe to remove all these applications

I only use my laptop for gaming, like minecraft. Will my computer be safe if I just do it or will It be like a gray screen because my drivers

You can do a windows 10 reset much more simply
start
Settings
Update and security
recovery
reset
This would remove any unecessary files whilst keeping the necessary ones

As you are a newbie, I wouldn't recommend you trying to remove applications you are unsure of, and it wouldn't give a "fresh start" anyway. Some off them can't be removed - one drive for instance, and the runtime libraries and visual C may be needed by other programs and shouldn't be removed. Others such as AMD will be needed by chipset or graphic drivers. Adobe acrobat could be removed but it is a good pdf reader.
If you have no other antivirus, windows defender will automatically be resident and active

Since it has Lenovo Onekey Recovery it's a Lenovo, I'm assuming.

You can use that to reset the PC to factory settings with just the original pre-installed software.
