You now need to use the start up repair disc you should have made.
and a system image, which you also should have made.

or boot from a disc containing the operating system
and all the drivers required by your hardware to function correctly.

or check on-line to see if somehow you can enter the factory preset
restore to factory condition.

Charge it and start the reset process again.

You will have to first remove the ram reseat it then boot right to recovery and reset it again and this time keep it plugged in
