Is it ok to keep charging my laptop continually?

I just got a new laptop (Lenovo Y50) and it has a 4 Cell 54 Watt Hour Lithium-Ion battery. Usually with my last laptop (HP Pavilion G4) I took out my battery and just kept charging it but now with this laptop I have no way of taking out the battery. Since its a Lithium-Ion battery, is it ok to just keep charging my laptop continuously even when its at 100%? My games run less well when my charger is plugged out so I want to keep it plugged in.

It shouldn't harm the battery. Only thing that will happen, is that the life of the battery will decrease, as in say getting 5hrs on a full charge, you'll only get 3-4 hrs or less. Your not suppose to completely discharge them either.
Also, battery experts suggest that after 30 charges, you should allow lithium ion batteries to almost completely discharge. Continuous partial discharges create a condition called digital memory, decreasing the accuracy of the device's power gauge. So let the battery discharge to the cut-off point and then recharge.

Seeing that you can't remove the battery pack, leaving it plugged in is really the best thing you can do. The charger will keep the battery at full charge. This is called "float charging", and Lithium-Ion batteries do very well with it.

No, don't keep charge your laptop continually. When your laptop charge show 10% than you charger pin plug in your laptop charger port and finished charge it 100% than plug out charger in your laptop.

No, Please don't charge your laptop battery continuously., it will reduce the efficiency power of the battery. Always charge the battery when it atmost finished and charged it 100%.

Lithium ion ("Li") types: keep them fully charged at every opportunity to extend the usable life.
The cells in the battery have 'smart' management firmware that prevents over charging.
They DO NOT need to be discharged, nor is the life of the battery dependent on the number of cycles it goes thru.
