My Lenovo T430 laptop isn't turning on or charging at all. When I plug the charger it in the charging light flashes green like 6 times?

I've tried taking out the battery and holding the power button, even taking out the RAM. Nothing works.

At this point you need to test things, you need to swap the battery on another good working one, swap the RAM, with a good working RAM (note you need to have a RAM, I noticed your comment said you took out the RAM to test it). Also take out the hard drive to see if you see a bios screen. You should be able to see something on the screen. If none of this steps works, it may be processor or the motherboard, so you will need to take it in to a tech perfectional.
