So i'd like to know if its possible for e to change my laptop's graphic card.
Laptop specs are -
4GB Ram.
2.40 Ghz
Windows 8 - 64 bits
Current Graphic card - Intel HD 4000 graphics.
Any type of answer will greatly be appreciated.

No. The Intel HD 4000 graphics are the built-in graphics on the CPU. Since the CPU on laptop's can't be upgraded, neither can the graphics.
