I just want to run Minecraft and record/edit videos without lag or dropped frames. I'm starting a youtube channel and I was wondering if anyone would know this answer.

There are many options to share another computer's GPU power for specific uses like a rendering farm. You can also log in remotely and "control" the other computer. Other than that you need to to optimize your system as best you can for your intended use. Changing video cards is not a laptop thing. You also need to be sure you're plugged in and set for high performance.

No, you can't

The video card is soldered on the motherboard, it is not replaceable or upgradeable.

No you can't switch out graphic card on laptops

No, you can't upgrade or change your graphic card in laptop. Mainly graphic cards always fixed permanently shouldering in laptop and it is difficult to change.
