Is Lenovo G700 a good gaming laptop?

I need a cheap good laptop for gaming and editing is this a good laptop for it?

For the price it would be ok considering it is a laptop but you will have to play on low settings and resolution. Cheap pc gaming and laptops don't mix well, desktops easily outclass them in low price ranges.
